Cúram Care Services welcomes referrals from individuals, families, support coordinators, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. As a nurse-led provider, we offer personalised nursing and support services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our team works closely with referrers to ensure a smooth transition into services and to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality care in the home.

Our team will review the referral and contact the individual or their representative to discuss their needs and how we can support them.

Services We Provide

Cúram Care Services provides a range of nursing and support services in the home. These include: Clinical nursing services Wound care and wound management Continence assessments and continence management Medication management and medication support Chronic disease support and clinical monitoring Personal care and daily living support Community access and social participation High-intensity NDIS supports Aged care support services DVA Community Nursing services Our nurse-led team ensures care is delivered safely, professionally, and tailored to each individual.

What Happens After a Referral

Once a referral is received, our team will: 

Review the referral information 
Contact the individual or their representative 
Discuss support needs and goals 
Confirm service eligibility and funding pathway 
Arrange an initial assessment if required 

We aim to make the referral and onboarding process simple, responsive, and supportive.

Cúram Care Services currently provides services across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. We also support clients across parts of the Northern Rivers and Brisbane. Our services are continuing to expand as we grow, with plans to support clients in the Port Macquarie region.
